Davontae almost entirely took the stress out of the buying and selling process. Only two days on the market and we were already receiving multiple offers over listing price, thanks in large to the professional photography and staging that Davontae and his team organized for our house. When it came to the buying process, Davontae worked around our very busy schedules and was able to meet us early mornings, late nights and on weekends to view houses. He answered his phone every time I called and would communicate via text if my kids were being crazy in the background. He explained every part of the buying and selling process so that we remained knowledgable about the next steps and were well informed the whole way. We were very picky about the neighborhood we wanted and the house that we wanted, and Davontae worked extremely hard and was very reliable through this whole process.
